Barcode Hero Shipping Policy
At Barcode Hero, we understand the importance of a timely and reliable delivery of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the Continental US (Lower 48 States). For orders under $150, we offer shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail at a flat rate of $14.95.
Please note that there are two components to the shipping process: handling time and shipping time.
Handling time is the time it takes for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. Our handling time is typically 24-48 hours.
Shipping time is the time it takes for your package to travel from our facility to your shipping address. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, the shipping time will depend on the carrier. Generally, shipping within the Continental US takes 2-5 business days.
We aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours after receiving it, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package’s progress and estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
What to Do If Your Item Is Not Received
In case you never receive your package, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (888) 851-8830, and we will do our best to help you track down your package. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will work with you to either issue a refund or send a replacement item. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
